CCEAM provides a number of opportunities for practitioner and academic researchers to contribute to research that assists CCEAM to facilitate and disseminate knowledge about research and practice in educational administration, management and leadership.
CCEAM is currently designing in partnership with the Commonwealth Secretariat the Commonwealth School Leadership Capability Programme. This programme provides a leadership capability developmental continuum from teacher leadership, to middle leadership, to principal leadership, to system leadership. The Commonwealth School Leadership Capability Framework and modules form this programme. Participants will have access to this programme through Ministry, University and Professional Association partnerships and research will be shared here.
CCEAM also publishes the peer reviewed International Studies in Educational Administration three times a year and welcomes papers that address specific educational leadership, administration and management themes.
